During our work with young people, there has been an increased demand for an expansion on subjects often touched upon during the sexual health sessions that 4 thought Solutions provides.

We developed workshops and short courses relating to general health and wellbeing, to meet this demand. These additional workshop sessions have proved successful during our work with both the young people and during redundancy and retirement courses. The delivery of these sessions is in an informal interactive style. The physical exercises when completed generate debate and reflective discussion. This in turn leads participants through the change processes necessary to develop personal action plans that can improve their general health and wellbeing. Topics include food and drink, exercise, smoking, drug abuse, mental health issues, relationship issues and basic sexual health.

Through our links with Exercise specialists, we can arrange specific physical training assessment sessions, presentations and facilitated discussions on an individual or small group basis (see links page).
